WHY WE BUILT ENVISION

Envision was built out of a simple but powerful observation: the capital markets advisory space had become too transactional. Large brokerage platforms were optimized for volume, not relationships — and sponsors were being underserved as a result. Having worked alongside each other at a previous firm, Medhi and Jared saw firsthand the gap between what boutique firms could offer and what institutional platforms actually delivered. They founded Envision to close that gap — building a founder-led advisory platform where every sponsor gets direct access to senior expertise, curated capital relationships, and a team that is fully invested in their success from first conversation to close.

Leadership Team

Medhi and Jared built Envision because they believed sponsors deserved better — not just better access to capital, but a true advisory partner who understands the full complexity of structuring a deal. Together they bring complementary strengths across investor relations, capital markets, and underwriting, with a shared commitment to doing the work with integrity and precision. At Envision, our principals are on every deal, every time.

Medhi Assoufi (Co-Founder)

Head of Investor Relations and Business Development

Medhi has structured and arranged over $300 million in debt and equity financings across multifamily, retail, industrial, and hospitality assets. Prior to co-founding Envision, he served as a Board Member and Chief Investment Officer at Vault Investment Group, a UAE-based family office managing a portfolio in excess of $500 million. He previously led investor relations and business development at CREED, where he built and managed institutional capital relationships across North America and the Middle East. Medhi holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

Passions: Fine dining, community charity work, international travel, and skiing.

Jared DePalma (Co-Founder)

Head of Capital Markets and Underwriting

Jared brings a rigorous analytical foundation to Envision’s underwriting and capital markets practice. At CREED, he executed over $50 million in transactions and supported more than $20 billion in financial underwritings across residential, retail, logistics, and hospitality assets. Earlier in his career at ClearPath Strategies, he developed rigorous financial modeling and market research capabilities across complex, data-driven advisory engagements — skills he has applied directly to real estate underwriting and capital markets analysis. Jared holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
